Matthew who had some knowledge about China immediately advised Andrew, the CEO of DPG, to outsource the policy transcription work to Qingdao and quickly submitted a detailed report. In the report, he has made comprehensive cost analysis including labor and office rent for service outsourcing in Qingdao. Matthew stroke while the iron was hot. He took 3 weeks and transcribed all the policies in 6 large fields to the new insurance company system.
